- Cash Pickup (Available in Kelowna and Calgary only)
- Stripe Credit Card Payment Processing Online
- Square Credit Card Payment Processing
- Western Union
- Direct Deposit
NOTES:
- As of September 10, 2014 Payments exceeding 10% over the amount invoiced, excluding credit card or PayPal processing fees, will be considered a “tip” and accounted for accordingly, unless you specifically request that it be retained as a credit or otherwise.*
- In some instances, as we often provide services resulting in a reimbursement of the actual cost, it is required that:
- when payment is made by credit card via Stripe we incur an additional cost and therefore ALL credit card payments are subject to a processing charge of 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction
- when payment is made by credit card via Square not in person we incur an additional cost and therefore ALL credit card payments are subject to a processing charge of 3.5% + $0.15 per transaction
- when payment is made by credit card via Square person we incur an additional cost and therefore ALL credit card payments are subject to a processing charge of 2.75% per transaction
- when payment is made by PayPal we incur an additional cost and therefore ALL PayPal payments are subject to a processing charge of 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction
If you need a payment method that is not listed, please let us know! We would be happy to explore whatever your preference may be as an additional method to be made available.
* Accounts with a persisting credit balance have been set to zero via the “tip” method outlined above. Please note that if at any time you would like to use your credit you are WELCOME to it, however, retaining these small balances for in some cases years, simply created a perpetually unclear picture when it came to our books. Note that in most cases, we are talking about a credit of less than 1 dollar.
