Let me put it another way, so that you and your company CLEARLY understand me: IF you had been clear that I was only going to get 13 days for my $17.98 USD ($24.46 CAD) I would NEVER EVER have proceeded with it. That is a PREPOSTEROUS amount to pay for less than two weeks of hosting.
Mathew, please try to understand as it is a system generated task we can do nothing for that. You had paid for 30 days and the system considers the 30 days from the day of expiration.

Can you prove that you told me that I would be paying FULL PRICE for a FULL MONTH of hosting, but that I would only actually get less than 13 days? No. The reason you can’t prove it is because you didn’t indicate that. IF you had told me that is all I would get for my money, I would not have spent that money. You didn’t even TRY to let me know that. If you know this information NOW so quickly, and are so assured of it, I can only assume that you knew this information when I asked for a 30 day hosting plan and you didn’t say ANYTHING to advise me that I wouldn’t get everything I paid for.
