Let me put it another way, so that you and your company CLEARLY understand me: IF you had been clear that I was only going to get 13 days for my $17.98 USD ($24.46 CAD) I would NEVER EVER have proceeded with it. That is a PREPOSTEROUS amount to pay for less than two weeks of hosting.
Mathew, please try to understand as it is a system generated task we can do nothing for that. You had paid for 30 days and the system considers the 30 days from the day of expiration.
