“Rush” Orders Subject to “Rush” Prepayment

The most common scenario we face is being in the midst of something that someone else is waiting for, that they have already paid for, and then a “good customer” pops up on Messenger with an “I need this ASAP” request. Typically, being service-oriented and motivated by customer joy and satisfaction, we respond quickly and complete the request quickly. Then, when we invoice for it, we wait typically several weeks, in some cases months, and in some cases years to be paid for it. There may be other organizations out there who are still willing to do this, but effective January 1, 2017, we are no longer willing to do so.
